Am I eligible for certification?
Our certification programs are open to Front Arena customers and authorised partners. We also require applicants to be members of our online Front Arena community, in order to access product documentation and more in the Front Arena Knowledgebase.

Before attempting to get FACP status you are advised (but not required) to complete the Front Arena Foundation Certificate. This is a self-study program and there is no charge for participation. |
How do I get started?
You will then receive a personal login for FUAC so that you can complete further online tests. How do I get certified?
To become Certified you will need to collect a total of 100 Credits which is very approximately equivalent to 10 days of training in additional to practical experience.

Ways to collect credits
- Discretionary Credits (credit for your existing knowledge)
If you already have Front Arena knowledge, you may be entitled to credits in respect of your existing knowledge that count towards the target of 100 Credits. These are known as Discretionary Credits.
- Complete Courses and Online Assessments (collect the remaining credits that you need)
A variety of courses and assessments can be completed to achieve the required 100 Credits. |
