Certification: General: Front Arena Foundation

The Front Arena Foundation Certificate consists of 10 modules and is designed to help you get started with Front Arena. The Certificate is an introduction to the software and gives you a solid base to stand on when you explore Front Arena in more depth or head on to one of the more specialised certification programs such as the Front Arena Certified Professional (FACP).
What is Front Arena Foundation Certificate?
The Front Arena Foundation Certificate is a Certificate that includes reading documents in the Front Arena Knowledgebase, testing applications in Front Arena as well as doing online assessments in the test system FUAC (Front University Assessment Centre). The Certificate is developed to provide customers and partners with a general understanding of Front Arena. It is targeted towards both new users, users who would like to refresh their Front Arena knowledge and users who would like to test the level of their knowledge.
Am I eligible for certification?
Our certification programs are open to Front Arena customers and authorised partners. We also require applicants to be members of our online Front Arena community, in order to access product documentation and more in the Front Arena Knowledgebase.

You will then receive a personal login for FUAC so that you can complete further online tests.
How do I get certified?
The Certificate consists of 10 modules. Each module describes an important area of Front Arena and you gain knowledge by reading suggested documents or carrying out tasks in Front Arena. When you feel confident in a certain area, you do the online assessment. When doing the assessments, you will have the opportunity to practice three times before doing the final test that is being recorded.
The entire Certificate is open for six months after you have registered. The amount of time you need to spend doing the Certification is estimated at 10-20 working days depending on other workload and previous knowledge.
