Renew your Front Arena community membership
Submit your request for membership renewal here. This page is for you if your community membership is due for renewal, or has already expired after passing the renewal date.
How long will it take to renew my membership?
We aim to process renewal requests by the next working day, but often you can expect a faster turnaround. If you are in a hurry please contact Front Arena Web Services directly.
How often should I new my membership?
For most members we ask you to do this at least once per year. For some guest users we ask you to renew more often.
When should I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership whenever you like. For your convenience a warning is displayed on the Front Arena community website when you are getting close to the next renewal date. We normally also send a renewal reminder by email.
Why do I need to renew my membership anyway?
This is currently the way that we validate that your employer and email address are still correct in our membership database. A self-service validation process is planned for 2009.
Might my renewal request be rejected?
Yes, Front Arena Web Services reserves the right to not renew your membership. An example is if we are unable to contact you via the email address stored in our community member database, i.e. same as your username. If you believe we have made the wrong decision please contact Front Arena Web Services
What happens to my membership if I don't renew it?
Any inactive/expired member accounts remain in the member database for at least 1 year after the next renewal date has passed. After that time we may delete the account from our database without warning.
